Event Information
Boy Scout Troop 328 in Timonium MD, will be hosting their first Bazaar and Flea Market to raise funds to purchase new canoes and other Troop equipment.  The Scouts will be working at the event to help pay their own way through their efforts.  For the event the Scouts will assist with the unloading and moving each vendor's items to their space.  

We are anticipating a wonderful turn out for this event as the church will have several other events occuring the same day which will draw a crowd.  The church will be hosting a community shredding event, along with a kids moon bounce, crafts, and flower sale on the same day. 

Come take advantage of a day to sell your wares and help to support the boys of Troop 328.

Space Information

We have the following spaces available for vendors.

Inside Spaces 6'x10' in size

  • Available with either a 6'x30", 8'x30", or 60" round table (Limited Quantities of Each) $25/Space(check) or $27.22/Space(credit card through this listing)

Outside Spaces on Asphalt (No Tables Provided for these spaces)

  • 18'x19' $25/Space(check) or $27.22/Space(credit card through this listing)

  • 27'x19' $30/Space(check) or $32.46/Space(credit card through this listing)

Spaces will only be held after payment is received, it is recommended to purchase space through this listing to ensure space is reserved, especially as we get closer to the event date.

Drop off and Setup Information

The Boy Scouts of Troop 328 will be at the church to assist in unloading and transporting vendors items to their space.  During the week of 4/2/18 vendors will receive a communication from the Troop with their Scheduled arrival / setup window.  During this time the Scouts will help unload your vehicle and take your goods to the assigned space while you park your vehicle.  This service is included in your space reservation price.

Important Information

All fees paid are non refundable.  The event will be held rain or shine.  Troop 328 appreciates the generosity of our community in supporting our scouting functions and we look forward to making this event an annual happening.
